TALENT, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police say a 60-year-old Talent man has been stabbed in a restroom at the Suncrest Rest Area off Interstate 5 near north of Talent.

Police Sgt. Mark Byrd says the man is being treated at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Police say he was stabbed in the men’s bathroom at about 8 p.m. Saturday. He was able to stagger out of the bathroom and drive himself home, where he called police who sent him to the hospital.

The Oregonian reports that the victim told investigators that the suspect rode away from the rest stop on a mountain bicycle. Police are looking for a man in his 30s, last seen wearing a khaki jacket with a dark hood. Investigators say they do not have a motive for the attack.
