Klamath Falls man accused of abusing baby

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) — Police arrested a 23-year-old man accused of breaking his newborn child’s leg and ribs.

Hank James Albers of Klamath Falls has been lodged in the Klamath County Jail on charges of assault and criminal mistreatment.

District Attorney Ed Caleb told the Herald and News newspaper that Albers is accused of abusing the child from July 2008 until January 2009.
