OTHELLO, Wash. (AP) — The body of a 39-year-old man who drowned after a paddleboat sank in the Scootney Reservoir near Othello was recovered Thursday.
Franklin County Coroner Dan Blasdel says volunteer divers located the body of Pedro Valentin Javier of Othello, who drowned Saturday.
Three other men who were in the boat made it to shore. The men were not wearing life vests.
