SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Two men were killed in separate motorcycle accidents over the weekend in Marion County.

The sheriff’s office says 76-year-old Jerry Pulliam of Sandy was riding in a group of six cycles Saturday when he failed to make a turn near Detroit Lake and went down a steep embankment. He died at the scene.

On Friday, 30-year-old Jason Coleman of Tualatin was fatally injured when his motorcycle hit a utility pole off a road near Woodburn. He died at a hospital in Portland.
