EDMONDS, Wash. (AP) — Police say an officer responded to a report of a woman’s cry for help Sunday night in time to find a man on top of a woman behind a grocery store in Edmonds.
The officer arrested the 46-year-old Seattle man and booked him for investigation of rape. He also was wanted on an arrest warrant from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
The 28-year-old Edmonds woman was treated at a hospital.
