TORONTO (AP) — Former Seattle Mariners manager Don Wakamatsu will serve as bench coach on the Toronto Blue Jays next season.

New manager John Farrell filled out his staff Monday.

Pat Hentgen, the first Toronto pitcher to win the Cy Young Award, will become the bullpen coach. He had been working as a team ambassador and special assistant to the president and CEO.

Also new to the staff is former major leaguer Torey Lovullo. He managed Boston’s Triple-A affiliate in Pawtucket last season.

Hitting coach Dwayne Murphy, third base coach Brian Butterfield and pitching coach Bruce Walton will return from the 2010 staff.
