YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man was shot and seriously wounded by another man Tuesday night in Yakima.
Police told KNDO-TV both have gang ties but the shooting was not gang-related. Sgt. Joe Salinas says there was a dispute over property one man wanted to remove from a residence.
