ROY, Wash. (AP) — A 51-year-old Pierce County man has been shot dead, and his girlfriend has been taken into custody.
Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer says the woman’s 13-year-old daughter called 911 about 9:10 p.m. to report the shooting.
The News Tribune of Tacoma reports that deputies found the man on the floor of a house near the city of Roy.
