DETROIT (AP) — Henrik Zetterberg will be day-to-day for the playoffs, Niklas Kronwall should be ready to go and Chris Osgood will be out.

That’s the latest on the Detroit Red Wings’ three injured players availability for the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Detroit lost Zetterberg, the team’s leading scorer with 80 points, for its final two regular-season games — both against Chicago — on Wednesday night in a 3-0 loss to Carolina. The center sustained a lower-body injury when he was checked by the Hurricanes’ Bryan Allen.

Kronwall, a defenseman who has missed the last three games because of an upper-body injury and will also miss the final two regular-season contests, says he’ll be ready when the playoffs begin.

Osgood, the usual backup goaltender, hasn’t sufficiently recovered from sports hernia surgery on Jan. 4.
