Letter: Send Gadhafi to The Hague for justice

Instead of bombing innocent people as well as the guilty in Libya, we should judge Moammar Gadhafi by legal means. Arrest him and accuse him of illegal acts against humanity, including his own people. Find him an unfit leader and a tyrant.

The city of The Hague, located on the North Sea in Holland, Netherlands, is the seat of the International Court of Justice. It is the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration, consisting of judges, that would hear the controversy of Gadahfi’s conduct and would select members for an Arbitral Tribunal for the case against Gadahfi. If found guilty, Gadahfi would be removed as leader of Libya. Free elections can be held to select a new and just leader for the people of Libya.
