SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Police suspect it was a gang-related shooting that wounded a 22-year-old man Tuesday night in Salem.
He was hit in the leg. Some bullets also hit a nearby apartment building.
Police say the shooter is a young man who drove off with two other men.
