SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A Vancouver, Wash., woman has claimed the $1 million prize in the Oregon Lottery’s St. Patrick’s Day Raffle.
Lottery officials said Friday they had wondered where the big winner was when they hadn’t heard anything nearly four weeks after the drawing. Megan Gatlin says she’s been making decisions about what to do with her prize money. She says purchasing a home tops the list.
The ticket was purchased at a Safeway store in Portland.
