QUINCY, Wash. (AP) — A 25-year-old man was fatally wounded Friday in an apparent drive-by shooting in the central Washington city of Quincy.
Grant County Coroner Craig Morrison identified the victim as Adan Beltran of Quincy. Beltran died Friday evening at Quincy Valley Medical Center.
Quincy police are investigating.
