SALEM, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon flag graces the latest version of the forever stamp now on sale at post offices.
The Postal Service issued the stamp Thursday in its Flags of Our Nation series.
The Statesman Journal reports (http://bit.ly/n0u7Q3) the stamp was introduced in a ceremony at the Capitol.
A special commemorative postmark celebrating the stamps’ issuance is available for collecting purposes for the next 30 days at Salem’s main post office.
