The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Anton Farran, for a license to sell beer and wine at Anton M. Restaurant, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 45, Vancouver.

Cynthia L. Lofton, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Lou Lou’s Grill, 7225 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Xiao Qun Huang, for a license to sell beer and wine at House of Beijing Restaurant, 5917 N.E. St. Johns Road, Vancouver.

Fai To Li, for a license to sell beer and wine at Good Taste Restaurant, 14930 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Jason Lee Kusch and Jeneille Ann Kusch, for a license to sell beer and wine at Pizza Schmizza, 910 N.E. Tenney Road, Suite B-119, Vancouver.

Amy Johnson and Kyle Johnson, for a license for a domestic winery at Terra Vinum, 10811 N.E. 149th St., Brush Prairie.
