Man found shot to death in Salem ditch

SALEM, Ore. (AP) -- Police and Marion County sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a shooting Wednesday night in Salem and found a man's body in a ditch.
Police say the man appears to be about 20 years old and was apparently shot.
