Missing Washington boy's father in custody hearing

SEATTLE (AP) -- The father of a 2-year-old boy who disappeared in Bellevue has a court hearing Monday to ask for custody of his 4-year-old daughter.
The girl has been in state foster car since Sky Metalwala went missing Nov. 6, after his mother said she left him alone in a car to walk to a gas station.
KIRO-FM reports (http://is.gd/JNHCkd ) Solomon Metalwala is asking the state to grant custody to him.
Metalwala and Julia Biryukova have been fighting for custody of their children during a year-long divorce battle.
Bellevue police say they have conducted an intensive investigation and search for Sky. Over the weekend, searchers went through a Kirkland neighborhood handing out fliers.
