SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Border patrol agents have found about 100 pounds of methamphetamine valued at more than $750,000 in a field near the U.S.-Canada border just west of the northeast Washington port of entry at Danville.

The Spokesman-Review says the federal Customs and Border Protection agency also found $20,000 in cash with the drugs on Sunday.

Agents found the drugs and cash in three backpacks and a duffel bag.
