What’s open and what’s closed today:

• MAIL: No delivery today except for Express Mail. Most post offices are closed; the postal unit inside the Shell gas station at Fisher’s Landing, 16320 S.E. Cascade Park Drive, is open.

• PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Fort Vancouver Regional Library branches and bookmobiles closed. Camas Public Library closed.

• BUSES: C-Tran buses follow Sunday/Holiday schedule today. TriMet buses and MAX trains follow Sunday schedule today.

• BANKS: Closed.

• GOVERNMENT: State offices closed Monday for a furlough day.

• DRIVER LICENSING: State offices closed through Monday. County and private offices are not affected.

• VEHICLE LICENSING: Closed.

• EMISSIONS TESTING: Closed.

• ZOO: Oregon Zoo closed.

• LIQUOR STORES: State-operated stores closed. Some contract liquor stores may be open.

• ANIMAL SHELTER: Humane Society for Southwest Washington closed.

• CLARK COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM: Closed.

• SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON BLOOD CENTER: Closed.

• FORT VANCOUVER NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE: Closed.

• WESTFIELD VANCOUVER MALL: Closed.

• THE COLUMBIAN: Circulation customer service lines, 360-694-2312, open 6 a.m. to noon today. Offices are closed.
