PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The Philadelphia Eagles have promoted Mike Caldwell to linebackers coach and Michael Zordich to secondary/safeties coach.

Both were former players for the Eagles. Caldwell served as the team’s assistant linebackers coach in 2010. He initially joined the coaching staff as a defensive quality control coach in 2008.

Zordich originally joined Philadelphia’s coaching staff as an intern in 2009 before being promoted to defensive quality control coach in 2010.

Last week, the Eagles made longtime offensive line coach Juan Castillo their defensive coordinator.
