STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Mike Gundy has completed Oklahoma State’s coaching staff by hiring Jemal Singleton away from Indiana before he ever coached in a game with the Hoosiers.

Singleton spent the last eight seasons at Air Force, most recently as the running game coordinator. The Falcons were second in the nation in rushing last season at 306.5 yards per game.

Singleton was hired as the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator under new Indiana coach Kevin Wilson before being hired Thursday by Oklahoma State.

Gundy didn’t immediately announce Singleton’s job title. The Cowboys recently hired Todd Monken to be the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach and Kasey Dunn to be the running backs coach.
