BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — Police in Bellingham, Wash., say a robber armed with a stun gun has hit two stores in less than a week.
Police spokesman Mark Young says that in each case, a man approached an employee working a cash register, displayed a stun gun and demanded money. When one woman asked if he was joking, Young says the man responded, “No, I’m going to Tase you.”
So far the robber hasn’t used the weapon and no one has been injured.
The Wonder Hostess Bakery Outlet was hit Dec. 29 and a Chevron gas station was robbed on New Year’s Eve.
