A single-vehicle accident this afternoon has blocked all lanes of Southeast 192nd Avenue in east Vancouver, according to the Vancouver Fire Department.
Fire Capt. David James said the accident involves a sport utility vehicle that crossed over the road and crashed into a retaining wall near Southeast 15th Street after its driver had some sort of medical problem.
The response to the 3:15 p.m. crash has blocked both north- and southbound lanes of Southeast 192nd, a main route into east Vancouver from state Highway 14.
James said lanes would probably not be cleared until about 4 o’clock.
