Bits ‘n’ Pieces: Pals’ three decades as sports rivals

Each year, University of Oregon Ducks and Oregon State University Beavers fans prepare for the Civil War, a game that pits the rival schools’ football teams against each other.

Vancouver UO alumnus Brian Fackler makes these games even more exciting with his long-standing bets with friend and former co-worker Jim Platt.
