YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — Yakima County sheriff’s deputies are looking for suspects in four gang-related shootings late Thursday night and early Friday morning in the lower Yakima Valley.
The sheriff’s office says no one was injured as handgun, rifle and shotgun shots were fired into homes in Sunnyside, Grandview, Granger and two homes in Outlook.
The shooters drove off. The car involved in a couple of shootings is described as a dark SUV. A car in another shooting was a dark Honda.
Detectives are investigating whether the shootings are related to a Tuesday drive-by shooting in Sunnyside that critically wounded a 13-year-old girl inside her home.
