ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — An Albuquerque jury has acquitted a Seattle man who refused to show his identification to Transportation Security Administration officers at a New Mexico airport.

Phil Mocek was arrested in late 2009 after he wouldn’t show his ID and then used a camera to videotape an altercation with TSA officers at Albuquerque International Sunport.

Mocek was facing several charges, including failure to obey an officer and concealing his identity.

KOB-TV says jurors found Mocek not guilty on all four counts Friday.
