ATF raids contraband cigarettes in W. Washington

SEATTLE (AP) -- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says police are raiding multiple locations in Seattle and Western Washington Wednesday to stop illegal trafficking in contraband cigarettes.

The Seattle ATF office says it will hold a 1 p.m. news conference to provide information about state and federal revenue lost due to untaxed cigarettes.
