WASHOUGAL, Wash. (AP) — Ryan Dungey raced to his third victory of the season Saturday night in the 450 Class at the AMA Pro Motocross championship at Washougal Motocross Park.
Ryan Villopoto, on his Kawasaki, won the opening moto, fending off several challenges from Dungey. But Dungey won the second on his Suzuki and took the tiebreaker to gain his fourth straight victory at Washougal.
Villopoto holds a one-point lead over Dungey in the championship standings.
Blake Baggett of Grand Terrace, Calif., won the 250 Class.
