Letter: Wetland mitigation project is flawed

Living close to Fargher Lake, I read the July 17 story “A wetland once, and again; 113 acres in Fargher Lake area will return to natural state through mitigation effort.” Great. The Fargher Lake wetland mitigation is just another government-sponsored mosquito farm/cesspool.
