SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — The San Francisco 49ers have signed all 10 draft picks, making sure a full rookie class will be in attendance at the start of training camp.

The 49ers announced four-year deals Thursday for first-round pick Aldon Smith and second-round selection Colin Kaepernick. Under the new NFL labor agreement, there is a club option for a fifth year.

Smith is expected to be San Francisco’s pass-rushing outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme. Kaepernick will challenge Alex Smith for the starting quarterback job.

Among the other picks who inked deals: cornerback Chris Culliver, running back Kendall Hunter, receiver Ronald Johnson, safety Colin Jones, guard Mike Person, defensive back Curtis Holcomb and fullback Bruce Miller.

The 49ers were reporting for camp Thursday. The first practice under new coach Jim Harbaugh is Friday.
