NEW YORK (AP) — New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg says former President George W. Bush will be among the dignitaries at a World Trade Center site ceremony to mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Bloomberg says former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and President Barack Obama will also attend the ceremony. They will be joined by governors from New York and New Jersey.

Bloomberg says the leaders will read a short poem or quote and won’t give a speech.

The ceremony will be held on the highway to the west of the site. Bloomberg says only relatives will be allowed inside to look for the names of their loved ones etched into the railings of two huge waterfalls built in the World Trade Center footprint.
