Roxy is a 9-year-old Australian cattle dog mix who came to the shelter when her owners moved and couldn’t take her. She’s a very sweet girl who would probably like a quieter home. She would like to meet any kids older than age 10 and any other dogs she might be living with. Brinley is a sweet 7-year-old brown tabby with white markings. She came to the shelter when her family moved and could not take her with them. Brinley will need to go to a home with children older than age 6 since she doesn’t like to be held for very long.
These pets are among those available for adoption from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, 1100 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver.
