PASCO, Wash. (AP) — Police say a 28-year-old man killed his sister in Pasco in a violent homicide.
KNDU reports Aaron Velasco was booked into the Franklin County Jail for investigation of second-degree murder in the death of 22-year-old Magdalena Velasco-Garcia.
She was found dead Thursday outside their home.
