CLARK COUNTY — The YWCA Clark County is celebrating the voices, lives and impact of women with a three-part brown-bag lunch series.

The first, International Women’s Day, is a brown bag lunch set for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday. Topics will include access to education, training, science and technology, and how that access can provide a path to respectable work for women.

You also can mark your calendar for Equal Pay Day on Tuesday, April 12, and Equality Day, Friday, August 26. All events are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Y, 3609 Main Street in Vancouver.

The YWCA Clark County endeavors to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. For more information, call 360-696 0167 or visit http://www.ywcaclarkcounty.org.
