ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol says a man standing on Highway 530 near Arlington Wednesday night was struck by two vehicles and fatally injured.
The patrol says 33-year-old Jeffrey S. White of Arlington died at Cascade Valley Hospital.
