INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Forward Danny Granger is back in the Indiana Pacers’ lineup after missing a game with strep throat.

The Pacers beat the Knicks 106-93 in New York on Sunday without Granger, the team’s leader with 20.6 points per game. Tyler Hansbrough stepped in with a career-high 29 points.

Pacers coach Frank Vogel said before Tuesday’s game against New York that Granger looked and felt great. Indiana enters tied with Charlotte for the No. 8 spot in the Eastern Conference.

Sunday’s game was only the second game Granger missed this season.
