WEST RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) — One person has been killed in a house fire in West Richland.
Benton County Fire District No. 4 Chief Brian McElroy told KONA that firefighters were called to the home at 5:25 a.m. Friday. They found the victim’s body inside.
McElroy says a man who lived at the house and inhaled smoke has been taken to a hospital.
Investigators are looking for the cause of the fire.
