PROSSER, Wash. (AP) — Benton County, Wash., sheriff’s officers say two Prosser men have been arrested at a house where officers found cockfights taking place.
Detective Erik Magnuson tells the Tri-City Herald the men were arrested for investigation of animal fighting, a felony. They were booked into the Benton County Jail.
Magnuson says deputies responded to a report of possible animal cruelty last Thursday.
