SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — The Spokane County sheriff’s office says the victim and witnesses to a shooting at a house party are not cooperating with investigators.
A 23-year-old man was wounded in the left leg early Sunday at a house at Rockford, about 10 miles southeast of Spokane.
Deputies found the man on the porch. He had been hit by a shotgun, but they did not find the gun and no one is offering information.
