LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — The three cities bidding for the 2018 Winter Olympics are making their pitches to the IOC, less than two months before the vote.

The bid team from Munich is the first of the groups making presentations Wednesday to members of the International Olympic Committee. It will be followed by bid leaders from Annecy, France, and Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Each city has 45 minutes for presentations, followed by another 45 minutes for questions and answers.

The IOC says 88 of its 110 members are attending the closed-door briefings at the Olympic Museum.

The presentations are a crucial stage in the race, which culminates with the IOC vote in Durban, South Africa, on July 6.
