1 killed; wounded suspect arrested in Everett

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) -- Police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting in Everett.
Spokesman Robert Goetz told KIRO-TV that officers responded about 2 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a shirtless man running down a street with a gun. Officers stopped him and took him to a hospital to be treated for a wound.
Investigators found another man dead in a garage in the area.
