SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A judge says prosecutors may not say “Hells Angels” during the trial of the Spokane’s chapter’s sergeant-at-arms, Ricky Jenks.

During a pretrial conference last month U.S. District Court Judge Justin Quackenbush also said prosecutors cannot use the word “gang” and must instead refer to the “motorcycle club.”

KREM also reports the judge agreed to a defense request to delay the trial to July 11.

Jenks has pleaded not guilty to a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Prosecutors say he’s responsible for six loaded guns found at the Hells Angels clubhouse during a March 4 drug raid.
