BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Browns starting receiver Mohamed Massaquoi has been sent home to rest, one day after feeling “woozy” during Cleveland’s loss at Houston.

Massaquoi sustained a concussion in the Browns’ Oct. 23 game against Seattle and missed last week’s game at San Francisco. It was his second concussion in 13 months.

He sat out one day of practice last week but started Sunday before he was taken out late in the third quarter. Browns coach Pat Shurmur said the team’s medical staff is closely monitoring Massaquoi’s health.

Also, Shurmur said running back Peyton Hillis, who reinjured his left hamstring in practice Friday, will miss his fourth straight game this week. Shurmur said there are no immediate plans to put Hillis on injured reserve.

Running back Montario Hardesty (calf) will “most likely” miss Sunday’s game against St. Louis.
