MONTESANO, Wash. (AP) — Grays Harbor sheriff’s deputies are searching Thursday near Copalis Beach for a missing Hoquiam woman.

Investigations Supervisor Steve Shumate told KXRO a deputy found a truck Tuesday night on Copalis Beach Road near Langley Hill that was apparently driven by Sherry Christy.

The 51-year-old woman was last seen on Sunday. The truck had a flat tire and a number of valuables inside, including a cell phone. Christy’s daughter told KBKW her purse and wallet also were in the truck, untouched.

Langley Hill is the location of the new Doppler radar station that was erected over the summer.
