PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The National Weather Service says a combination of wind and rain could flood some Portland streets.
Forecasters say Wednesday’s winds will strip trees of their remaining leaves. And that will be accompanied by heavy rain through Thursday that could total an inch-and-a-half.
The combination could clog storm drains and cause street flooding.
