Pedestrian killed on Highway 20 in Coupeville

COUPEVILLE, Wash. (AP) -- The Washington State Patrol says a woman walking on Highway 20 in Coupeville Thursday evening was struck by two cars and killed.
Troopers say 61-year-old Toni L. Chapman died at the scene.
