GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Alec Brown scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Green Bay evened its record with a 52-44 victory Saturday over Wyoming.

Brown was the only player to score in double figures for the Phoenix (2-2). Brennan Cougill added nine points off the bench, and Daniel Turner had six points and eight rebounds. The entire team struggled offensively, making just 18 of 57 shots (32 percent).

Wyoming (2-1) had similar shooting numbers: 15 for 47 (32 percent). Leonard Washington led the Cowboys with 11 points and nine rebounds, and JayDee Luster scored 10 points.

The Cowboys jumped out to an early 14-6 lead, capping that run with a Washington layup with 12:44 left in the first half. Green Bay battled back to take a 29-26 lead into halftime.

In the second half, neither team managed more than a four-point lead until the Phoenix pulled away in the last four minutes.
