LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Bryson Johnson scored 20 points and was one of three Bucknell players to go 2-for-2 at the foul line in the game’s final 31 seconds, leading the Bison in a 54-50 win over Morehead State Sunday.

Kahlil Owens’ layup put the Eagles up 45-43 with just under three minutes to play, but Bucknell’s foul shooting would spark a game-winning run for the Bison in the TicketCity Legends Classic’s Lewisburg subregional.

Steven Kaspar’s pair of free throws pulled the Bison (5-2) even and started an 11-5 run the rest of the way to notch the victory. The Eagles pulled back within three points, 48-45 with 1:46 left, but Johnson, Cameron Ayers and Mike Muscala each went 2-for-2 from the charity stripe down the stretch.

Ayers finished with 15 points and Muscala 13 for the Bison.

Ty Proffitt was the only player in double figures for the Eagles (3-4), scoring 14 points.
