MIAMI (AP) — Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas and cornerback Vontae Davis have been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the New York Giants because of nagging hamstring injuries.

Both played last week against Denver, but each missed two games earlier this season.

Thomas’ absence likely means more carries for Reggie Bush as the Dolphins (0-6) seek their first win Sunday. Davis will be replaced in the starting lineup by Nolan Carroll or rookie Jimmy Wilson.
