• Columbia Credit Union has hired Joe Eustaquio as vice president of business lending. With 27 years of industry experience, Eustaquio’s main responsibilities will focus on expanding and managing business loan and deposit relationships and assisting with commercial lending operations.

Jeff Bannan has been named vice president for mortgage sales at Columbia Credit Union. Bannan, with 21 years of mortgage lending experience, will manage Columbia’s residential loan production, oversee mortgage operations and facilitate sales goals on behalf of the credit union. Bannan replaces Pam Baker, who is retiring from the position she has held since 2006. Bannan operated Vancouver Mortgage for more than a decade.

• The Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce is happy to introduce four new members joining its board of directors. Brittany Powell, iQ Credit Union; Aryana Peiravi, European Salon; Gregory Barcus, Greg R. Barcus, O.D.; and Katie Ahrens, Opdahl Chiropractic, will fill four existing vacant positions.

The new members’ two-year terms begin immediately.

Dr. Lian R. Shaw, board certified in cardiovascular disease, has joined Legacy Medical Group — Cardiology, a new clinic at Legacy salmon Creek Medical Center. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1997 and has been a Clark County resident since 2004.

• Providence Health & Services has added new regional responsibilities for Tricia Roscoe, its chief executive in Clark County and southwest Washington. Her expanded role will include developing integrated care strategies and plans for coordinated care organizations. Roscoe has been with Providence since 1997.

Dr. Nicole L. Fetter, a foot and ankle surgeon, has joined Rebound Orthopedics and neurosurgery. She will begin seeing patients Sept. 7. Fetter received her medical degree from Duke University. She completed her residency in orthopedic surgery at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program, followed by a foot and ankle fellowship at Duke University.

• LTC Financial Partners has been named to the Inc. 5000 list for the fourth year in a row. This month’s Inc. Magazine ranks the company No. 25 among companies in the insurance industry in its annual ranking of the nation’s 5000 fastest-growing companies.

New business

• Rain Dragon Martial Arts has opened in the former Oxford Athletic Club, 7588 Delaware Lane. The studio offers two martial arts programs geared at youth ages 5 to 12, with an adult Aikido program to be offered soon. Chief instructor Bryan Walker holds a black belt in aikido and tae kwon do, a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion and is a KASM-certified performance enhancement specialist.
